How does customizing work?
Choose your phone brand and model, pick a style (2D, 3D or wood), then upload your photo and preview it before you order.
Can I preview my design before I pay?
Yes. Previewing is free. You see your photo on your exact phone model before you pay.
How long does production take?
Every order is printed and packed in 2 to 3 days.
What if my case is misprinted?
We reprint or refund within 30 days on misprints.
Will the case fit my phone?
Each case is cut for your phone model, camera included. Choose your model first and your design is placed on the right shape.
Which photos print best?
Sharp, well-lit photos in their original size give the cleanest print. Screenshots and images saved from chat apps or social media are often compressed and can look soft.
